In some situations, no matter how much we try, a client's creditors will not negotiate and our client is left with the decision to file a bankruptcy. In other situations, we are able to negotiate settlements, but our client cannot afford to take advantage of it. In these situations we will give the client a $200.00 credit towards our bankruptcy fees.
