Debt Negotiation is the process whereby the attorneys at Castle Law Office, LLC attempt to negotiate a client's unsecured debt to a payoff balance that is acceptable to our client and their creditor. Typically, this negotiated payoff amount is less than the full balance owed to the client's creditor. In our Debt Negotiation Practice, we do not handle past due secured debt, such as, mortgages, car loans, boat loans, etc. We handle such secured debts in our Bankruptcy practice.

Debt Negotiation is an alternative to bankruptcy.

Debt Negotiation is not Consumer Credit Counseling.

Debt Negotiation is a service we provide to help clients who can no longer afford to pay their monthly minimums payments on their unsecured debt accounts and do not want to file for bankruptcy or enter into a credit counseling program.

If a client has access to money that can be utilized to make a lump sum payoff of their debts, then Debt Negotiation can save them more money in interest and principal payments than any debt relief program outside of bankruptcy.

The objective of Debt Negotiation is to obtain  debt relief for our clients in a reasonable time frame, so they can move on with their lives.

If you have any questions regarding our Debt Negotiation Representation Services and Fees, please do not hesitate to contact Matthew Mazur, P.A. for further information and a free consultation.
